On Tuesday, the prices of Basra heavy and medium crude oil rose by more than a dollar per barrel as global oil prices rose.
Basra Heavy crude prices rose $1.01 to reach $88.19, and Basra Medium crude prices rose $1.05 to reach $91.14.
Oil prices rose, with supply scarce, with Saudi Arabia announcing that it would continue to reduce its production by one million barrels, in addition to the reduction scheduled by OPEC for its members.
