     Information / Baghdad..
On Tuesday, independent politician Ibrahim Hadi accused Muhammad al-Halbousi’s party of distracting the voices of the most important Sunni tribes in Diyala.

Hadi said in an interview with Al-Maalouma, “The popularity of the Al-Halbousi Party in Diyala has declined at high rates, and it has lost its ability to compete in large areas for multiple reasons, most notably the failure to fulfill its pledges to the people, in addition to neglecting the governorate’s file, and it has not made any visits to it even though it won 4 parliamentary seats from Through the voices of its people.”
He added, "Al-Halbousi's party adopted the principle of dispersing votes by presenting more than one candidate from the same tribe in the provincial council elections in Diyala, despite its knowledge that its chances of winning are very limited and that its loss in the elections is just around the corner, according to all political readings."
He pointed out that "dispersing votes has become a well-known game played by public opinion, and the Sunni tribes are well aware of the matter, and there is support for candidates from other lists with a high degree of popular support, away from the candidates of the Halbousi Party and its allies."
The Taqaddum Party had submitted a list of approximately 30 candidates to run in the provincial council elections in Diyala, which are scheduled to be held on December 18.
