Today, Tuesday (October 10, 2023), the leader of the Sadrist movement, Muqtada al-Sadr, attacked some rulers of Arab and Islamic countries regarding the recent events taking place in Palestine, while affirming that “the Zionist house is weaker than the spider’s web,” describing jihad against Israel as “pride and honor.” .
Al-Sadr said in a speech he delivered from Al-Hanana in Najaf Governorate, which was followed by “Baghdad Today,” that “all Arab and Islamic countries, led by Saudi Arabia and Iran, must deliver water to Gaza and wage jihad to break the terrorist siege on it,” indicating that “delivering water will be through Egyptian or Syrian lands.” ".
He explained that "the Third World countries began to overthrow the major powers, as happened in some African countries."
Al-Sadr addressed some Arab rulers by saying: “Be free...what will normalization benefit you?”, indicating that they “did not lift a finger regarding the Palestinian issue.”
Baghdad is awaiting a million-man demonstration in Tahrir Square in the center of the capital, called for by the leader of the Sadrist movement, Muqtada al-Sadr, yesterday, Monday (October 9, 2023), to support Palestine and its people.
