    The head of the Al-Hikma Movement, Ammar Al-Hakim, called for investing in the stage by legislating laws related to the form of the relationship between the federal government and the rest of the governments during his visit to the Kurdistan region. [/rtl]

    [rtl]The head of the Al-Hikma Movement, according to the statement, discussed with Barzani “the developments of the political scene in Iraq and the region,” stressing “the adoption of the constitution as a reference for resolving the outstanding problems.” He also called for “investing in the stabilization phase to go to legislate important laws that will complete the structure of the political system and the nature of the relationship.” Between the local government, the regional government, and the rest of the local governments.” [/rtl]
