    On Wednesday, the US Central Command revealed details of repelling an attack with marches on the “Ain al-Asad and Harir” bases in Iraq.[/size]
    [size=45]A statement by the command stated, “Our forces responded to two marches in western Iraq and destroyed one of them, and there were minor casualties among the coalition forces.”[/size]
    [size=45]The statement pointed out that “a third march was destroyed in the Kurdistan Region without causing any casualties or damage.”[/size]
    [size=45]The leadership confirmed “continuing to evaluate the effects on operations.”[/size]
    [size=45]She concluded by saying, “We are in a moment of maximum alert, closely monitoring the situation in Iraq and the region, and we want to emphasize that American forces will defend against any threat.”[/size]
