    Information / Baghdad..
On Saturday, Representative Rafiq Al-Salhi attributed the delay and disruption of projects, especially infrastructure and housing projects, to two main reasons.
Al-Salhi said in a statement to Al-Maalouma, “The central and southern governorates have been suffering for two decades and are still experiencing a state of delay and disruption of projects, especially infrastructure projects that would move the economic sector there.”
He added, "The Parliamentary Services Committee discussed the reasons for delaying or delaying projects and concluded that there are two main reasons behind this, first and foremost the cessation of the work of the governorate councils years ago, which resulted in the absence of close and direct oversight of the governorates, in addition to the continuation of the same faces or their rotation and rotation of the executive positions, starting with the governors and department directors in the governorate." ".
Al-Salhi pointed out, “The next stage will be completely different, and the projects will be initiated and under the supervision of the governorate councils and other oversight bodies, led by the Parliamentary Services Committee.”
He pointed out that "special attention and follow-up of the service aspect in the governorates has been given by the Prime Minister of the Services Government, Muhammad Shiaa Al-Sudani."
The central and southern governorates have suffered from a decline in service and health projects over the past years, despite the large funds allocated to them from public budgets. Ended / 25 AD
