    Today, Tuesday (October 31, 2023), the Parliamentary Finance Committee addressed the Central Bank of Iraq regarding National Housing Initiative loans.
    The address of the Chairman of the Committee, Atwan Al-Atwani, in his official letter to the Central Bank, of which “Baghdad Today” obtained a copy, included “applying the same standards approved in the first phase, to those entitled to the second phase who have completed their procedures and reached the disbursement stage, which includes a repayment period of 20 years for the Real Estate Bank and 15 years for the Real Estate Fund.” Iraqi housing.

    The Parliamentary Finance Committee addressed the Central Bank to amend the instructions for housing initiative loans.
