The National Retirement Authority announced the inclusion of contract employees in Resolution 315, while noting that among those included are deceased employees and those who have not completed 15 years of retirement service and have reached the age of 50 years .
According to a document issued by the Authority dated (November 29, 2023) and addressed to the office of Representative Amir Kamel Al-Maamouri, “retirees, including the deceased, who have not been confirmed on the permanent staff due to their reaching the legal age for referral to retirement in accordance with the provisions of the Unified Retirement Law No. (9) for the year As amended 2014, they are entitled to receive retirement contributions and government contributions for the duration of the contract in one payment or in installments to work according to it.”
