The Ministry of Construction, Housing and Public Municipalities announced today, Friday, the imminent reopening of electronic applications for Housing Fund loans.
The Ministry’s spokesman, Nabil Al-Najjar, said in a statement followed by the “Al-Ma’louma” agency: “The controls and standards for the differentiation form for electronic submission of Housing Fund loans have been completed,” pointing out that “there are only some simple details and they will be studied and then they will be activated electronically and published on the website.” for the Housing Fund in the coming days.”
The Minister of Construction, Housing and Public Municipalities, Benjin Rekani, had previously announced the adoption of a new mechanism for electronic submission of Housing Fund loans.
Rekani said in a statement, “A new mechanism has been approved for electronic submission of loans from the Ministry’s Housing Fund,” indicating that “the Fund will open the door to application for all citizens, and loans will be granted to those eligible according to preference points, with all applicants retaining their rights to obtain loans according to availability.” Amounts held by the Fund.
The minister added that "the application of this application mechanism came to increase transparency and achieve justice among applying citizens," indicating that "the amounts allocated for loans are limited, and will be distributed among the governorates according to population ratios and the gap in the number of housing units."
