The goal of the warning is to remove the existing violation after granting the violating party a period of between seven to ten days depending on the type and size of the violation, and the next step is to impose financial fines in accordance with The law, and if the violation continues and is not removed, the project will be closed for a temporary period and its activity cannot be resumed unless the violation is lifted.”
Fleih explained, “The most monitored places are sanitary landfill sites belonging to municipal departments, as well as those belonging to the private sector, where several warnings were issued and fines were imposed on some of those sites due to the random burning of waste and its scattering inside and outside the landfill site, which was monitored in more than one place.” From the monitoring teams in the Wasit Environment Directorate.”
