The Integrity Commission intends to investigate officials in the municipalities of Nineveh Governorate who appointed their children and terminated the contracts of aliens during official holidays.
According to a document, the Integrity Investigation Judge opened an investigation with the Director of Nineveh Municipalities, Raad Ali Najm, the Administrative Assistant, Jassim Muhammad Hilal, and the Director of Human Resources, Amer Sabhan, against the backdrop of assigning their children to the department, as part of their daily wages.
The document also revealed, “The aforementioned individuals terminated the services of 150 employees with an unpaid contract. “ This was included in the attendance fingerprint to avoid the issue of aliens, and this was done during vacation days granted by the local government due to the floods at the time.”
The document resources also pointed out that “the director of human, Amer Sabhan, exploited employees to work in his home in the financial district in Mosul.”[/rtl]
