Today, Saturday, the Chairman of the Parliamentary Anti-Narcotics Committee, Adnan Al-Juhaishi, revealed the issuance of a directive by the Ministry of Finance to spend the budgets for implementing the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Law.

Al-Juhaishi told Al-Maalouma, “Implementing the provisions of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Law No. 50 of 2017 is very important to strengthen capabilities in confronting the scourge of drugs through established laws and mechanisms.”
He stressed, "Issuing a directive to the Ministry of Finance to spend the budgets for implementing the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Law in accordance with what leads to achieving the goals," pointing to another directive to the Ministry of Construction to "construct and rehabilitate buildings for combating drugs."
He pointed out the importance of appointing social and psychological researchers in schools and universities for educational and psychological guidance, following up on the file of drug abusers, and separating convicts according to age groups. Ended 25 F
