Ali said in an interview with "Baghdad Today" that "the Ministry of Finance in the Kurdistan Regional Government will send lists of employees next week to Baghdad."

He added, "The Prime Minister's meetings during his visit to Baghdad will address the latest developments on the political and security arenas in Iraq, and will emphasize resolving the outstanding issues between the Kurdistan region and the federal government, especially securing the salaries of the citizens of the Kurdistan region and guaranteeing their financial rights and entitlements, as well as discussing strengthening joint cooperation and coordination."
