[size=45]The Ministry of Planning announced the signing of 4 contracts to implement 4 service projects in a number of villages in the governorates of Baghdad, Najaf and Dhi Qar, as part of the Social Fund for Development's work plan for the year 2024.[/size]
[size=45]The ministry said in a statement that "the Social Fund for Development signed a package of new contracts during the current month of August for a number of service projects, as part of its plan for the current year 2024 in the governorates of (Baghdad, Najaf, Dhi Qar)."[/size]
[size=45]The statement explained that “the service projects for Baghdad Governorate included the construction of roads in the villages of (Majid Al-Nasser, Talib Al-Ali), and the contracts also included lining part of the Hawr Al-Basha Canal in the village of Jurf Al-Milh.”[/size]
[size=45]He added that “the projects of Najaf Governorate included the establishment of two schools with a capacity of 6 classrooms in the villages of (Al-Rahima, Al-Waseema Al-Janubiya), and the addition of a 6-classroom annex to a school in the village of Al-Rahba,” indicating that “the projects of Dhi Qar Governorate included extending a water transmission line in the village of Al-Sahalat, and extending a water network to the villages of (Al-Dabaat, Abu Haifa) with the establishment of a combined water station with a capacity of 50 cubic meters per hour in the village of Al-Ghuwaifel.”[/size]
