    Tomorrow Press / Baghdad: A source from within the coalition of state law, Wednesday, for a meeting of the National Coalition blocks, this evening, in the presence of al-Abadi and MP Nuri al-Maliki to discuss oil deal with Kurdistan, while the latter confirmed the postponement of a visit Kurdish delegation headed by Nechirvan Barzani to Baghdad.

    The source told "tomorrow Press", "The National Coalition blocks meet, this evening, in the presence of Prime Minister Haider al-Abadi and Vice President Nuri al-Maliki to discuss oil deal with Kurdistan," noting that "this meeting is the first of its kind after the formation of the government headed by al-Abadi ". 

    The source, who requested anonymity counting, that "there are major objections by the Congress on the State of Law coalition agreement, which took place between Iraqi Kurdistan and the Ministry of Oil and trying to identify those details from the Prime Minister Haider al-Abadi."

    In the same context, stressed the Kurdistan Alliance, to postpone the visit of the Kurdish delegation headed by the President of the Kurdistan Regional Government Nechirvan Barzani anticipated to Baghdad.

    He said the Kurdistan Alliance MP Bakhtiyar Shaways for "tomorrow Press" that "the reasons for the late arrival of the Kurdish delegation to Baghdad to discuss outstanding on the existence of differences between the two problems is the federal budget for the 2014 project." 

    He added that "negotiations are still existing between Kurdistan and Baghdad on resolving the problems and the quantities of oil producing and exporting with the federal government's commitment to pay staff salaries and the Kurdish Peshmerga," Mbima that "there are other differences on Article 140 and implementation."

    Shaways stressed that "the visit of the Kurdistan Regional Government Nechirvan Barzani depend on the success of existing and ongoing negotiations between the parties for a long time." 

    And reached the Iraqi Oil Minister Adel Abdul-Mahdi, in (13 November this) to a preliminary agreement with the President of the Kurdistan Regional Government Nechirvan Barzani, to convert $ 500 million into the region in exchange for the latter put 500 thousand barrels of oil per day at the disposal of the central government.

    He pledged Abadi who took office last August, working to solve problems with Irbil, including the dispute over the oil-rich city of Kirkuk.
