    Twilight News / said the appearance of Mohammed Saleh, an economic advisor to Prime Minister Haider al-Abadi, Wednesday, the five-member committee set up by the Council of Ministers to rewrite the federal budget for the project according to the new price of oil in the global markets will set three priorities in the preparation of the draft law.

    Saleh added for “Twilight News”, “The Committee, which includes ministers current oil and former Finance and Planning and Transportation formed by the Council of Ministers will set three priorities in preparing a new version of the draft budget based on the new oil prices, firstly to provide the necessary funds to support the security forces and pushing forces salaries security and popular crowd, and securing Iraqi salaries of state employees,   providing a minimum of the funds needed for the continuity of some important projects as projects of electrical energy and oil. “

    Saleh pointed out that “the expenditure ceiling is still high despite the precautions taken during the past few days to the draft budget, and especially there is a big waste of money in the part of the provinces and technicians that need to be the size of consumer spending in the current budget, including the luxury aspects.”

    The Prime Minister said Haider al-Abadi said the budget for 2015 will be ready before the House of Representatives during the next ten days after reconsider some of the doors of the exchange to reduce consumer spending due to the drop in oil prices in world markets.
    It is noteworthy that the Organization of Petroleum Exporting Countries met on Thursday, November 27, 2014 to discuss the oil situation and lower prices, but they did not reach anything change of oil prices   and decided to keep its ceiling increase.
