Baldawi: Report of Security Committee assures security breaches in Anbar, Nineveh provinces

Baghdad (IraqiNews.com) -MP, Mufeed al-Baldawi, of the State of Law Coalition assured that the report of the Security Committee assured that there are some security breaches in Anbar and Nineveh provinces and it is to protect the citizens of these provinces.
In a press statement received by IraqiNews.com, he said “The Parliamentary Regions Committee hosted the Independent High Electoral Commission and the Governor of Anbar province in addition to the Deputy Governor of Nineveh provinces at the parliament where the sides discussed holding the elections in these provinces,” noting that “There are some security breaches and threats to the employees of the IHEC and the candidates of the political blocs.
“The Council of Minister has the right to postpone holding the local elections according to the Article 46 of the Law no. 36 of 2008,” he included.
