    The CBI is working on the launch of e-dinar and the application of electronic payment transactions to contribute up to deal with the banks and the reduction of monetary problems, as recommended by the deposit of the salaries of staff in banks as a step to increase the electronic financial services.

    The governor of the Iraqi Central Bank and the Agency on the Keywords in a press statement that "the Central Bank has prepared the infrastructure necessary for the payment systems that allow the application of the mechanism of dealing electronic collection or adjustments to the different agencies, including state departments."

    Keywords and added that "the infrastructure done by the Bank will provide ample space for the introduction of electronic payment and collection and use of electronic card systems."

    He is explaining that "the Central Bank will launch e-dinar soon to facilitate the payment of money by mobile phone," noting that "cash trading involves many economic and organizational problems, and that the electronic payment reduces bureaucracy and corruption as well as theft and assault."

    He pointed out that "electronic payment will go through a number of stages, the first of awareness of its advantages and its application optionally campaign," calling on government agencies to "take advantage of this service."

    He pointed out that "the bank will recommend the government to deposit employees' salaries of all government and private banks during the next term in a move that will link the millions of new people to banks and familiarize them with the use of electronic financial services and make use of its advantages," pointing out that "Ten percent of the citizens only on relationship banking and financial institutions Currently".

    It is noteworthy that the electronic financial systems were common in various countries of the world, unlike Iraq, which is still in its infancy in this area as a result of the difficult conditions experienced it.
