Body care for people with disabilities and special needs, a subsidiary announced to the Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs, under the law it is seeking to reduce air travel tickets for people with disabilities rates by 50%.
And transfer to a ministry statement, received by all of Iraq [where], a copy of it on the head of the Nader al-Shammari, said that "the Commission is seeking to apply the legal article concerned the reduction of air travel for the disabled ticket prices by half in a move aimed at supporting the slide, materially and morally."
He added that "the Commission and by Resolution No. 38 for the year 2013 for the disabled in the process of approaching the Ministry of Transport to reduce ticket prices for people with special needs and the provision of facilities and services necessary for this important segment of society."
Shammari pointed out that "the reduction came in accordance with law No. 38 of Article 15 / VII, passed by the Iraqi parliament, which stipulates that the Ministry of Transport to reduce air fares for people with disabilities and special needs by 50% and twice per year."
He explained that "Article 15 included the creation of public transport for the movement of people with disabilities and special needs and their companions safety and security for free, as well as forcing tour companies to secure one mode of transport at least a special specifications to ensure that people with a disability to use and navigate through which smoothly" .anthy
