Baghdad (NINA) – Leader of Iraqiya Parliamentary bloc, Salman
al-Jumaily, said that there are contacts between Iraqiya leaders and the
United Nations, the European Union and the international organizations
to put an end to Maliki's actions, because Iraq is under the UN
umbrella.
In statement to the press on Tuesday, Apr. 23, Jumaily
said that Iraqiya will not decide withdrawing from Parliament, pointing
out the existence of movements and contacts with the National Alliance,
the Kurdish Alliance and the Sadrist Trend to replace Maliki or withdraw
confidence from his government.
He added that Iraqiya leaders scheduled a meeting on Wednesday to discuss events in Hawija and take a decision on them. / End.
