    The Commission on Health and parliamentary environment, on Monday, to resolve themanagement of the Red Crescent Society and the replacement of its managers in theprovinces and inserted firmly reforms, while demanding an investigation of the activities of the Association large administrative corruption within it . She said committee member Ghada al - Shammari during a press conference held at the parliament building with a number of members of the committee and attended ( the long - Presse), "It is through the follow - ups and visits to the Iraqi Red Crescent Society , which our deputies found that the administration of Assembly dealing with the Iraqi Council of Representatives in general and the Committee on Health and environment in particular , like a sacred destination can not be asking for work." she said Shammari " the Assembly deals with selectively provinces in terms of the provision of services", accusing them of "fabricating problems with the Red Crescent offices of the Iraqi Kurdistan region in order not to provide services for displaced people there." Shammari continued that "it is through field visits to the Office of the Red Crescent in the Jordanian capital Oman and found the effort and activities confined Assembly on the Syrian brothers , while there areseven full of displaced people from the hot spots was not offered any kind of relief churches , "pointing out that" the branches Assembly managers of weak people and visually humanitarian effort and inexperienced and the Assembly does not provide any financial accounts or structural management of the House ofRepresentatives at the request and operate under the Iraqi government ceiling like a sacred and far from any accountability. " She called Shammari" Assembly management solution and replacement of Assembly managers governorates and introduced reforms package in the Iraqi state and open a local and an international investigation on the activities of the Association grand and administrative corruption within this Assembly, " claim to "provide to the health and environment of all financial accounts in addition to theadministrative structure with full reports of the external and the combination and Alaivadat Assembly elections between the functions of the staff of the Assembly." the organization (Daash) took over the city of Mosul, Nineveh province, (405 km north of the capital Baghdad), in ( the tenth of June 2014 the past year), before extending his terrorist activities for many other areas of Iraq, which led to a large wave of displacement to theprovinces of Kurdistan and the south and center in addition to the migration out of the country.
