    Wasit approaching the contract to build 500 housing units by investing

    Announced Wasit management, about thepossibility of contracting with a company for the construction of 500 housing units through investment, as revealed to grant the company an area of 850 dunams city of Kut to theestablishment of these units, stressed theneed for more than one hundred thousand housing units to address the housing crisis in the province. 
    He said the first deputy the governor of Wasit Adel Hamza al- Hamidi, in an interview with (long - Presse), "a delegation from the local government headed by the province and other officials visited the proof Krupp at itsheadquarters in Baghdad international Airport to discuss the possibility of contracting with them to create 500 housing units to maintain through investment." 
    said Hamidi " the initial conversations with the listed company reached a given area of 850 dunams in Umm Halil area at the northern entrance to the city of Kut , specifically behind the jasmine residential garden compound for the construction of 500 housing units with other services related to the project , " noting that " the administration of the province pledged to facilitate all procedures relating to this the project of which allocated to the company deliver the land and that stillness within the next week as a prelude to direct the work after the completion of the contract fundamentalism procedures. " 
    He said the first deputy governor of Wasit that" the province suffers from a severe crisis in the housing as aresult of high population growth and fission happening in families , in addition to having a lot of slums and abuses , "pointing out that" the actual need to address the housing crisis , eliminate the need for one hundred thousand residential units built are distributed among the various districts, counties , according to the actual need and population density. " 
    the local government of Wasit already contracted to build several residential complexes by investing with Iraqi and foreign companies , but those complexes lagged and did not perform any complex because of the lack offunds to the contracting companies or because of some administrative procedures.
