" He pointed to" the need to adopt a British court for all the texts contained in the Act which govern this case and not pick or choose Article {232} just so that the reality of suits these do not fall down , but after 15 years, not three years pursuant to the provisions of Article {232} same verse that lie in that article {440} of the above law adopted the principle of not to hear the case and not the statute known as in - laws European and English law. " he noted that" the principle of non -hearing contained in Iraqi law , the principle is weak, because the article {440} of thesame law decides that he does not fall right over time and that means that thegeneral rule is not to fall right depending on Islamic jurisprudence , which adopted the law in this matter , a modern narrated from the Prophet {r} {not fall the right of aMuslim man and that gave} the second thing was also a British court refer to theprovisions of Article {435} of the same law which regulates the same situation and have decided not to apply the three - year rule not to hear the case when there is abarrier.
