    The Ministry of Commerce, the registrar of companies, incorporating the accounts of 32 companies and 23 other settling of accounts during the month of June.
    A statement of the Ministry of Commerce, the agency received our economy News, a copy of it for Ferial Akram Abdullah, Director General of the department, said that her district "issued several decisions concerning the amendment of contracts for companies distributed between the capital increase and the integration of the accounts of the company and the liquidation of an accounting firm." 
    She pointed to the "registration of nine representative office of a foreign company and registration Fruaan a foreign company, and documenting the 199 companies registered and pointing minutes and 279 refer to the company Investigating Judge for violating the guidelines and instructions." 
    He pointed out that "the department examined the final accounts for national companies Alfa guestrooms and 986 national companies, as well as the integration of 32 companies accounts and increasing the capital of 44 companies, and the settling of accounts for 23 companies and modify held one joint-stock company and the study of the accounts of the offices and branches of foreign companies to 78 companies." 
    She noted "the constituency's ratification of the minutes of the founding meeting of the limited companies and a record of 128 guestrooms as well as ratification by 34 minutes of special meetings of the General Authority for joint stock companies as well as the ratification of the General Authority for companies and individuals, Ltd. decisions guestrooms thousand and 22 decision"
