    Venezuelan President Nicolas Maduro said onSaturday, after meeting with Iranian Foreign Minister Mohammad Javad Zarif said Venezuela and Iran continue to seek to reach a consensus on ways to achieve stability in the oil markets and the strengthening of OPEC. 

    Maduro said in a ceremony broadcast on state television , "We continue to build a common ground on a new consensus on achieve stability in the oil markets and the strengthening of industries and promote OPEC. "
