" 
    He Bahia, that" Babylon Provincial Council, will form a committee to develop reference standards and conditions for referral hospital to investment consisting of the chairman of the Health Committee and chairman of the organizations in the Council and Babel health department and two members of the civil society organizations in Babylon , in consultation with the investment Authority of Babylon that the Committee subsequently convene a meeting to open the offers that arrive from investment companies for the purpose ofchoosing the best performances. "
