Allaibi said in a ministry statement received "long", a copy of which was received by the Egyptian ambassador to Iraq , Ahmed Hassan Darwish said "Iraq and Egypt sister share a fraternal relations firm," stressing the need for "enhancing them in all fields, particularly in the oil and gas industry."
He called Allaibi to "activate memoranda of understanding between the two countries in the oil sector and itsimplementation on the ground and expand the participation of Egyptian oil companies in the investment contracts announced by the ministry and especially with regard to the development of infrastructure infrastructure and industry liquidation and gas. "
For his part, the Egyptian ambassador in Iraq , " his government 's willingness to strengthen cooperation with brotherly Iraq at all levels , especially in the petroleum industry. " The leader of the Supreme Islamic Council Baqir al - Zubaidi called on Thursday (October 13, 2016), activating the memorandum of understanding signed between Baghdad and Cairo on providing Egypt with crude oil of Iraq, calling for a response to the demand of an Egyptian purchased shipments from Iraq 's oil - way payment on credit, while attributing the cause so to prevent "political blackmail" to Egypt from Saudi Arabia.
the delegation headed by the Chief Executive of the Egyptian General Authority for Petroleum Mohammad Ahmad El - Masri had discussed during his visit to Baghdad last January with Iraqi officials in the oil ministry ways of enhancing joint bilateral cooperation in the field of oil industries, export and storage and refining and gas.
in a related development , Iran announced, it needs to regain its share of the global oil market lost over thepast years, noting that Iraq has made significant progress on that.

He continued Jhangeri," Do you see how some neighbors have made progress in recent years , for example ,enables Iraq from production to reach more than four million barrels per day , and therefore do not we should leave the country falling behind because people are not responsible. " it is
noteworthy that Iran has lost some export share of crude oil in OPEC after the imposition of economic sanctions by the United States and Europe as a result of the dispute over its nuclear reactors.

when asked about whether his country 's production of crude rose enough to join the Tehran agreement by OPEC minister said , "should we decide in November / November production volume of each state. "
as oil prices fell in the early hours, as a result of increasing the number of oil rigs in the United States and rising OPEC production to a record high and slowing global economic growth , which could weaken demand for fuel.
and landed contracts futures for WTI US prices of mediator 32 cents to $ 50.03 a barrel, traders said WTI fell due to a further increase in the activity of drilling for oil in the United States.
