    BAGHDAD - A Journal News 
    MP said the coalition of state law , Saleh al- Hasnawi, said that the 2017 budget is the budget , "corruption par excellence , " noting that the budget includes clauses allow the government to external borrowing and the issuance of securities, and the presidencies expenses eat up apart of it, and seek to reduce them.
    Said Hasnawi's (Journal News) that "the rule of law submitted a proposal to the Finance Committee in the House of Representatives to be deductions salary budget in 2017 for the president of the republic Pencah 20%, and Vice-President of the Republic 15%, and state ministers by 10%, and agents 8% and general managers by 6%. " He pointed out that "the staff of first-class, second and third will be deducted 3% of them, and to be deducted from the salaries fourth and fifth grade or below 1%" ..
    And that 2017 budget will allow the government to borrow exterior and interior of the central bank, in addition to the issuance of securities, making Iraq shackled indebted to several official bodies for many years.
    In turn, the parliamentary finance committee, said the Speaker of the Parliament instructed the formation of a mini financial and legal committee; to study paragraph deduct the salaries of employees and retirees in the budget of 2017 it said.
    Said committee member Ahmed Sarhan's (Journal News) "The mini-committee will examine the economic reality of the staff, as well as the needs of the displaced and the crowd of popular funds in areas of displacement and operations edits."
    He added that "the political blocs in parliament have the freedom to vote on a paragraph of employees and retirees or reject a salary deduction," noting that "the paragraph is not mandatory at this stage, and will also be at the voting members of the House of Representatives to be applied by the federal government."
