    A member of the Committee on Energy and Oil parliamentary Ali Fayad, said that global oil producers will not reduce their production of oil, which causes oversupply, causing lower prices, pointing out that these countries acted huge amounts of money in order to raise production. How would cut oil production.
     
    He explained Fayad, in a press statement that "the general states are not ready to cut its oil production, he said to me, Undersecretary of the Ministry of Oil and the Russian energy that Russia will not cut oil production does not freeze oil exports; because this production dismiss him large sums of money and Nstkhrjh from the Baltic Sea and the long distances, so Iraq is not optimistic the process of reducing production or to comply with any decisions to cut production by the Organization of the bucket out of the Petroleum exporting (OPEC). "
     
    He pointed out that "according to the licenses we export 12 million barrels of oil per day tours, but the licensing rounds proved its credibility, so we are seeking to raise Iraq's oil production to more than four million barrels of oil a day, and Iraq is linked to licenses with companies touring we can not cut production at all." .
     
    The Oil Ministry confirmed on Monday that Iraq holds new ideas and proposals for the ministerial meeting next OPEC, insisting that Iraq confirms his commitment to the unity and cohesion of the organization and should not be understood Mtalibh as an obstacle.
     
    The members of the Organization of Petroleum Exporting Countries is seeking to reach an agreement to install its oil production in an effort to raise oil prices, which fell significantly after it reached to less than 25 dollars, per barrel in January 2016.
