    Commission announced the lifting of theparliamentary immunity of one received 16 applications of which only in conformity with the legal requirements, while suggested the existence of a "political target" behind that request, it indicated that they are concerned Stejer House of Representatives among thelifting of immunity or appearing voluntarily before the courts. 
    Under Article 63 / b of the constitution on the "inadmissibility of the arrest of a member of the House ofRepresentatives during the legislative term unless he is accused of a felony and by the approval of theabsolute majority of the members, or if caught red - handed in a felony tuning." 
    The House voted by a period to lift the immunity of the President Salim al - Jubouri at the request of the latter after the corruption charges against him during questioning Defense Minister Khaled al - Obeidi story session.

    The Chairman of the Commission to lift the immunity Abdul Rahman Alloizi, in an interview to the (long -Presse), he said that " the Iraqi constitution provides for the lifting of the immunity of the accused of a felony MP , " adding that "one out of 16 applications in advance to the Commission applies those conditions." 
    He said Alloizi that " the case under the lifting of immunity involving political goals , although they meet thelegal requirements , " noting that " the Commission will work to bring the priorities of the case for study and submit a report thereon to the House of Representatives to give a decision on them," without specifying the requesting party or target MP. 
    The Chairman of the Committee to lift the immunity that " the rest of the issues raised at the House ofRepresentatives either a misdemeanor or irregularities , mostly related to the issues of the publication , " pointing out that " the target of Representatives among those issues Sajern lifting their immunity or brought voluntarily Nations judiciary."
