    Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister of Kuwait Sheikh Sabah Al-Khaled Al-Hamad Al-Sabah, Kuwait's keenness on respecting the sovereignty and stability and territorial integrity of Iraq, reiterating rejection of everything that leads to fragmentation and interference in its internal affairs and maintain its Arab and Islamic identity.

    He called the morning in a speech at a meeting of 'the 23 session of the Joint Ministerial Council of the Gulf Cooperation Council and the European Union' on Sunday: to stimulate dialogue and consensus and partnership between the components of the Iraqi people, leading to conservation and the stability and unity of Iraq.

    In his speech, Dan, repeated bombings in the Iraqi cities that target civilians and innocent people and bodies and Iraqi governmental institutions.

    He welcomed Iraq's cooperation in the implementation of the decisions of the relevant Security Council, particularly the completion of maintenance of border markers in accordance with the resolutions of the Security Council and the signing of the Memorandum of Understanding on practical arrangements for the physical maintenance of the border with Kuwait.

    He praised what has been reached understanding between Kuwait and Iraq on the mechanism for continued follow up the prisoners and missing persons from Kuwait and other citizens of other countries and the return of property and the National Archives of the State of Kuwait.

    He pointed to the visit of Prime Minister Sheikh Jaber Mubarak Al-Hamad Al-Sabah to Iraq, finally, at the invitation of Prime Minister Nuri al-Maliki, during which signed a number of agreements and memoranda of understanding covering aspects of economic, transport, culture and higher education and environmental diplomacy.
