Iraq signed a memorandum of understanding with Kuwait to promote industrial cooperation

Minister of Industry and Minerals signed agency Mohamed Xiaa with Sudanese First Vice Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Sheikh Sabah Khaled Al-Hamad Al-Sabah memorandum of understanding for the promotion and development of industrial cooperation between Iraq and Kuwait.
According to a ministry statement today that this memorandum will contribute to the development of mutual relations and facilitate new investments between the two countries as well as strengthening industrial cooperation through the exchange of experiences and transfer of technology and to participate in exhibitions and seminars in addition to activating the communication and convergence Pmaakhaddm interests of both countries, adding that the memorandum of understanding that was signed It included clauses providing for the development of bilateral scientific and technological and administrative cooperation in the industrial field between the two countries to be within the scope of force in both countries, the legislation and the exchange of information and technical, scientific and administrative, legislative and expertise in the industrial sector as well as the exchange of technical information in the field of achievement and the creation and management of industrial cities and promoting entrepreneurship joint industrial. "
He added that the memo also provided for the increase and exchange of experiences and studies for the purpose of development and promotion of small and medium industries and business incubators as well as cooperation and coordination between the two sides for the protection of national products.
Shammari said that the memo also include opening the prospects of cooperation and great renewal of expertise and knowledge of the industry in the two countries through participation in courses, workshops, seminars and conferences related to that held in both countries to raise the level of industrial management and technical skill of the different cadres as part of a training program to be agreed upon in accordance with the needs without prejudice to the laws and regulations in force in the two countries to be the exchange of visits of delegations of the two parties for the experience and the latest developments and industrial development within the program, noting that Article V of the memorandum obliges the parties performed a cooperation within the limits of responsibility that both parties bear both respective any costs financial consequences of the implementation of this memorandum unless otherwise agreed. "
