Prime Minister Haidar al-Abadi, on Thursday, the importance of the speed of the meetings of the House of Representatives and not to disrupt the commitment to the constitutional deadlines to accomplish the tasks entrusted to him, apparently referring to the speech by the leader of the Sadrist movement this morning.
Abadi expressed his readiness to attend the session of the Council of Representatives with the ministers and officials concerned to discuss the conditions and needs of the province of Basra and the measures taken to alleviate the suffering of its people and provide the best services to them, according to a statement issued by his office.
The alliance announced the Iraqi decision headed by Osama Nujaifi, on Thursday, fully support the word of the leader of the Sadrist movement, Moqtada al-Sadr, which called for an immediate meeting of the new House of Representatives, stressing the need to hold the meeting to reach radical solutions contributed by representatives of the people.
The leader of the Sadrist movement, Moqtada al-Sadr, had called earlier in the day the new House of Representatives to convene immediately and a special session in public to inform the people and by the maximum Sunday, saying: We have a firm position does not come to mind and will shake the throne of the corrupt.
"The meeting should be attended by the Prime Minister, the Minister of Interior, the Minister of Health, the Minister of Water Resources, Housing, Municipalities, Electricity, the Governor of Basra, the Vice-Presidents and the Chairman of the Basra Provincial Council to devise immediate and immediate solutions to the deteriorating conditions of the governorate.
He called on the government to communicate with neighboring countries through official delegations and to negotiate water quotas for Iraq.
