The Commission's Investigation Department said, in a statement received by Mawazine News, that "the judge of the Baquba Investigation Court, which is specialized in integrity issues, issued an order to bring in the former Director-General of the Diyala Health Department, in the case related to violations in the contract of supplying, installing and operating a gravel fragmentation device for the province's health department. ".
The department added that "the contract is among the contracts executed directly in 2019", noting that "the amount of damage to public money, as a result, amounted to (1,375,000,000) billion dinars."
