    Member of Parliament Alia Nassif demanded, on Wednesday, the expulsion of the Kuwaiti ambassador and the severing of diplomatic relations with his country after the Kuwaiti Coast Guard killed an Iraqi citizen.
    Nassif said in a statement seen by "The Information", that "we have previously warned in several statements of the consequences of the ongoing attacks on Iraqi fishermen, and it appears that the Kuwaiti authorities have given the green light to the Coast Guard to kill any Iraqi fisherman, even if he is in the waters."     Nassif explained, "These attacks are a continuation of this hatred represented by arbitrary compensation and the theft of Iraq's wealth from beaches, agricultural lands, and oil wells, and it is sufficient that the Kuwaiti government launched the famous saying (there will not remain in Iraq one stone upon another) and the neighboring chameleon played a dangerous role through its clients and its venal mercenaries. Honor and conscience to weaken Iraq.”
    She pointed out that "the Iraqi armed forces, with all their formations (the army and the popular crowd) have the right to respond and punish the Kuwaiti coast guard at any time in response to this continuous aggression, and in a more clear sense (if you sent us the body of our son, we can send you dozens of the bodies of the coast guard personnel). And responding to aggression is a natural right enshrined in heavenly laws and international laws.”
    Nassif stressed "the necessity for the Iraqi prime minister and foreign minister to instruct the expulsion of the Kuwaiti ambassador from Iraq and the severing of diplomatic relations in response to this aggression." finished/25
