[size=45]The Parliamentary Services and Reconstruction Committee confirmed, on Thursday, that it had addressed the Council of Ministers to send a draft of the Baghdad Municipality Act to the House of Representatives for approval.[/size]
[size=45]The head of the committee, Mahma Khalil, said, "The Baghdad Municipality Law is one of the important laws and must be approved by the House of Representatives after it was deported in previous sessions."[/size]
[size=45]He added, "The Parliamentary Services and Reconstruction Committee sent a number of books to the Council of Ministers and the concerned authorities, asking them to send the draft law to Parliament for approval."[/size]
[size=45]And Khalil said, "The draft law of the Municipality of the Capital will contribute to disengagement and overlaps with work between the Municipality, the Baghdad Governorate, the Ministry of Construction, Housing, the completion of projects and the reconstruction of the capital.[/size]
