Parliamentary Finance: four years of leave is disabled and the need for law extension

Parliamentary Finance Committee confirmed on Saturday that the granting of the four-year leave for state employees approved by the House of Representatives under the 2017 budget law need to supplement the law, noting that the proposal is not enabled until now.
He said the decision of the Finance Committee Hamma Rashid Ahmed told / information /, "The granting of the four-year license approved by the House of Representatives within the year 2017 budget law this need to supplement the law to put pre-conditions before they were granted."
He added that "despite the proposed decision in the House of Representatives, but it is not enabled until now because he did not specify the functional groups are covered by the terms of grants and those who are excluded from the granting of the license."
Rashid pointed out that "the Commission pending the proposed law submitted by the Council of Ministers to take necessary and passed in the House of Representatives." It ended 25 d
