    It revealed the presidency of the Federal Court of Appeals Muthanna about the circumstances of the killing and wounding a number of people during the funeral ceremony in the district of Warka.

    And that "security forces arrested the accused , who admitted the incident, and claimed that the launch bullets came as a result of the psychological condition because of sadness and fatigue that led to the fall of the gun from his hand." 
    Wars and stressed that " the gun is set on the day of the incident and was gathering information about who fired the shots and memoranda issued arrest warrants against the accused have been implemented." 
    He pointed out that " The court has decided to change the legal description of the accident and make it a murder with the aggravating circumstance in accordance with the provisions of Article 406/1 / g, coupled with the fact that the incident of killing more than one person and wounding others." 
    The strength of Muthanna police, arrested last Friday on a people he killed two and injured eight civilians in the district of Warka northern city of Samawa because of the fire with a weapon in the average Aradh to a tribal parties to the city.
