" In turn , says a professor of community medicine at the University of Babylon , Hassan al - Rubaie, during the meeting , which was held to discuss the draft law , " the fight against domestic violence", " The effects of the violence on the family and society exist and must put an end to illegal legislation , " adding that " the vote on the so laws that guarantee the protection of larger family, especially since the country is witnessing a bad way at all levels. " 
    He called al - Rubaie , the concerned authorities, "attention beside the research and studies that relate about the violence and manifestations and taken into consideration , indicating the importance of benefiting from international laws and resolutions when it is applied on the ground."
