    Euphrates news} placeholder Iraqi coalition demanded free high Nassif
    administration and representatives of the United Nations to deal
    impartially with the Iraqi-Kuwaiti file without bias towards Kuwait.

    Nasif
    said in a press release received {Euphrates news} on Sunday that "the
    United States Administration and the United Nations representatives to
    deal impartially and objectively with all outstanding files between Iraq
    and Kuwait and to look to the unfairness of the terrible Iraq because
    of arbitrary United Nations resolutions which affected the Iraqi people
    without guilt".

    "The curse of Iraqis will prosecute each of
    causing deprivation of their rights, directly or indirectly, and history
    will not have mercy of left Iraq under Chapter VII after the reasons
    that led to the imposition of the UN trusteeship over Iraq".

    Iraqi-Kuwaiti relations have been a major breakthrough in the recent
    period of crisis that were far between the two countries caused by the
    invasion of Kuwait PSI system in 1991, the two sides managed through
    continued negotiations to resolve several issues, including the issue of
    boundary markers and Kuwaiti airlines compensation, with some hanging
    files between the two sides such as directed by Iraq of large item VII.
