    The Minister of Water Resources Hassan al-Janabi, that the cadres of the Italian company continues to work in the maintenance of the Mosul Dam with the US Army Corps of Engineers supervisor of the work, as acknowledged a problem with the dam, calling Balphenah, its collapse is ruled out.

    With regard to the water crisis during the summer Janabi stressed that the ministry has developed a plan described Badlh to allocate water to the provinces, pointing to the existence of the excesses of the water networks, which must be followed up by the executive authorities, considering that the ministry of service and offers solutions and has no executive authority to the provinces.
