Disagreement broke out between the blocs of the Islamic Dawa Party, which holds its General Secretariat Prime Minister Nuri al-Maliki and independent bloc, headed by Deputy Prime Minister for Energy Affairs Hussain al-Shahristani and Almnazavitan in a coalition of state law on the exchange of accusations electricity file.
