Parliament postpones holding its half an hour for lack of quorum

Presidency of the parliament decided on Tuesday to postpone the parliamentary session was held half an hour, while a parliamentary source attributed the reason to the lack of quorum.
The source said in an interview with Alsumaria's News, said that "the presidency of the parliament decided to postpone the 20th meeting to be held today, half an hour because of the lack of quorum required for the completion of contract."
The source, who asked not to be named, said: "The meeting is scheduled to discuss the events of Mosul and the report of the committees of defense and security, human rights with hosting the ministers of defense and interior."
The Presidency of the Council of Representatives lifted on Thursday (16 March 2017), the Council session to further notice, without the presence of Prime Minister Haider al-Abadi.
