Baghdad/ Iraq TradeLink: Iraqi oil minister Jabbar al-Lu'aibi announced today that Iraq will reach to
an agreement with Iran on the joint oilfields, pointing that 15 billion oil barrels to Iraqi reserves by the next year.
In an energy conference held here, he pointed that Iraq has contacts with Iran to reach a joint agreement on the bordering oilfields.
He added that Iraq has another agreement with Jordan to build the strategic oil pipeline via Aqba terminal, in addition to an agreement with Egypt to supply it with Iraqi oil.
