Airstrikes and shelling on Salamiyah, Raqqa and Damascus leave casualties

(SyriaNews.media) The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights reported, on Saturday, that Syrian government forces shelled areas in the city of Salamiyah, in eastern Hama, while pointed out that coalition aircraft struck Raqqa and army warplanes bombarded the southeastern countryside of Damascus.

The observatory stated that Syrian government forces shelled, yesterday, several arreas in the western countryside of Salamiyah City, in eastern Hama, but no casualties were reported.

Meanwhile in Raqqa, aircraft of the US-led international coalition struck areas in the northern outskirts of the city, the main stronghold of the Islamic State in Syria, without resulting in any casualties.

In Damascus, several pro-government forces fighters were either killed or wounded in an air strike carried out by the army warplanes on al-Dakwa area, in the southeastern countryside of Damascus.
