called on the Secretary of Baghdad, Dr. Zekri Alloush to find a state of integration between the joints of the Secretariat of the capital, and the rest of the institutions of the State and society, to achieve the full objectives and duties of the Secretariat and to activate its work and sustainability.
"Integration is an important requirement among all the departments operating in the State, whether governmental or civil, which constitute a series of interlinkages to achieve the objective of the Secretariat to fulfill its full objectives and duties," Alloush said on the sidelines of the bi-monthly seminar held by the Iraqi Center for Media Development. And lead to the activation of the work and its sustainability in the Secretariat and all departments of fourteen departments divided between Rusafa and Karkh ».
Aloush stressed the importance of the media and its awareness role in all that leads to ensuring the cooperation of the citizen and all the other seminars which, together with the secretariat, enable them to achieve their goals in making Baghdad a clean urban city free of excess, which has lost all its capabilities which are difficult to control for indiscriminate use. Aloush stressed «the desire to be working in the Secretariat according to prior planning and not according to what was already done before, although the secretariat has been lost because of the financial and economic situation to support the state and kept the achievement of its objectives and services and salaries of its members of its own funding .. Where the State awarded the grant Which is limited to, and is related to the Ministry of Health, Environment, Roads and Housing and the Authority of Projects and Electricity, and that the functions of the Secretariat is limited to services related to cleanliness, water, sewage and some other service matters.
