Government clarification of the air transport agreement between Iraq and America

(Baghdad: Al-Furat News) The Secretariat General of the Council of Ministers clarified the draft air transport agreement between the Government of the Republic of Iraq and the Government of the United States of America.
"The Council of Ministers approved the authorization of Minister of Transport Kazem Vajan Al-Hamami to negotiate and sign the draft air transport agreement between the Government of the Republic of Iraq and the Government of the United States of America, as amended by the State Consultative Council, according to the provisions of Article { 80 / item VI of the Constitution ".
He explained that the authorization "stipulated the amendment of the place of signature to be in the form stipulated in paragraph III / A of Article 12 of the Law of the Treaty No. 35 of 2015, and the establishment of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs to prepare the required authorization document on behalf of the Iraqi government to the Minister in accordance with approved contexts and submitted to the Secretariat of the Council of Ministers of In order to obtain the signature of the Prime Minister. "
