Passports stop receiving citizens' transactions for 14 days and excludes emergency cases
BAGHDAD, Aug 7 (KUNA) - Director General of the General People's Liberation Army Maj. Gen. Mahdi Ne'ma al-Waeli announced on Monday that he has stopped receiving citizens' passports for 14 days.
Al-Waeli said in a statement that "citizens' transactions will be suspended for the issuance of passports for a period of (14) days from Monday, the seventh of August."
He added that "there will be an office ready to issue passports, issuing 1000 passports per day for the duration of the stop and for urgent and urgent cases, the wounded, the deportees and those with special needs, morning and evening, in addition to the service and diplomatic office." Finished
