The UAE Minister of State for Foreign Affairs Anwar Gargash said on Monday that the reception of Abu Dhabi Crown Prince Mohammed bin Zayed to the leader of the Sadrist movement Moqtada al-Sadr is part of the Gulf communication with Iraq.
"The reception of Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed to Mr. Moqtada al-Sadr is part of the Gulf communication with Iraq," Gargash wrote in a tweet at his official Twitter account. "We started as a bridge building group and a loyal teamwork."
He added that "the statement of bin Zayed after meeting with al-Sadr important signs, stressing that our ambition to see a stable Arab Iraq is stable .. The challenge is great and the prize is bigger."
He pointed out that "the move, which he described as" promising "towards Iraq led by the Crown Prince of Saudi Arabia, Mohammed bin Salman, with the participation of the UAE and Bahrain, an example of the impact of the Gulf countries when united vision and goals," as he put it.
