[ltr]Baghdad (IraqiNews.com) The head of the Supreme Iraqi Islamic Council, Ammar al-Hakim, called to communicate with all political sides.[/ltr]
[ltr]A statement by the SIIC received by IraqiNews.com cited “During his meeting with Shaheed al-Mihrab Trend in Basra on Thursday, Hakim called to keep in contact with the people and to exploit the social and political prominent figures to serve the citizens of Basra.”[/ltr]
[ltr]“He confirmed the important of adopting the slogan of People we do not serve, we do not deserve to represent them,” the statement concluded.[/ltr]
